Popcon Asia once again was held on Saturday – Sunday, September 22nd – 23rd, 2018, which Bumilangit actively participated. Themed ‘Clash of Pop’, this popular culture event took place at ICE (Indonesian Convention Exhibition) BSD and greeted us with interesting creative contents.

Not only launched the printed editions of Si Buta dari Gua Hantu (published by MnC Koloni) and Virgo (published by Elex Media Komputindo), Bumilangit also elivened Popcon Asia 2018 by organizing a cosplay contest from its Bumilangit [R]evolusi characters.

 

 

 

Si Buta dari Gua Hantu: Mata Malaikat even won the prestigious Comic of the Year in Popcon Award 2018. During the Popconcert music session at the Nusantara Stage, two foremost Indonesian musicians gave us their performance inspired by Bumilangit IPs: Gundala [R]evolusi by Goodnight Electric and Si Buta dari Gua Hantu by White Shoes and the Couples Company. Along with RAN and The Adams, they entertained the audiences of Popcon Asia 2018.
