For fans, the highlights of the event of course is the chance to meet their idols, signing sessions, live drawing demo, talkshow, and dont forget, take selfies. As for the creators, this event provide them opportunity to reach their audience and do more networkings.

While its not uncommon for big names to take times interacting with visitors, we were quite surprised to see that most of those international artist take their times to see the pages of Si Buta.

David Finch recognize the good craftmanship on the visual style. Art Adams on the otherhand give a very valuable advise while also admiring the cover illustration by Ardian Syaf, who helmed BumiLangit’s Mandala.
Stephanie Hans even take more time to discuss the layout and the text placement. And of course, all of them wish us good luck for the launching of Si Buta dari Gua Hantu, later this month, in co production with KOLONI, Gramedia.

STGCC has been a blast, but lets not forget that Indonesia soon also will be their own pop culture convention. POPCON ASIA this september and Indonesia Comic Con. And we will have a big suprise for all BumiLangit fans out there. <eq>
