This book is a first book which tells the origin of Gundala. Gundala was inspired by Javanese legend, Ki Ageng Selo, a wielder of lightning. Gundala is Sancaka, a tinker young man who was struck by lightning and brought to a war between The Kingdom of Lightning and The Kingdom of Typhoon. He got power to generate and blast lightning from his hand and later got a power to move as the swift of wind.
