Sungging has been dedicated to the field of comic art for over 20 years as both a drawer and a writer. The eldest son of the renowned comic artist, the late Wid NS, Sungging continues his dedication to the world of comics by creating new comics and writing scripts for comics and TV animation series. Sungging earned a degree in art and design from the Institute of the Arts and Design. He currently also teaches comics and illustration at a university in Yogyakarta.
